Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your item upon delivery. Any damages caused during transit must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. Items reported as damaged after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are handmade to order. Non-standard items or products customised at the customer’s request are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started or the order has been dispatched.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition it was received

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Not show signs of use, damage, modification or wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply partial refunds where:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use

  • The item is returned damaged or with missing parts not caused by our error

  • The item is not returned in its original condition

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error.

As many of our products are large handmade items requiring specialist courier services and custom packaging, original delivery and packaging costs may also be deducted from refunds for non-faulty returned items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
